Meadowview of Clive, a Cassia community, is hiring Culinary Assistants in Clive, IA. This part-time role is ideal for entry-level applicants seeking growth in healthcare dining services.

Join a supportive dietary team and help serve residents, staff, and families with compassion. You will work in a collaborative environment, assist in meal preparation and service, and contribute to maintaining a sanitary kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

• Prior serving/dining experience preferred, but not required. We Will Train!
• Ability to stand for length of shift
• Ability to frequently move/carry 20 pounds; 40 pounds occasionally, and 50+ pounds with support from transportation equipment or team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Collaborates with all departments to provide safe, quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
