Job summary

Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC is seeking an assistant for the Culinary Arts Lab. You will help faculty and lab staff with daily maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation, plus food preparation and production. Some dining events may occur; black closed-toe, slip- resistant shoes are required.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday 5:30 pm–10 pm, with on-the-job training provided. An interview with the Chef Instructor is required.

  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to stand/work physically for long periods of time (events).
  • Average shifts are 3 to 5 hours long.
