The University of South Carolina is seeking a Performance Chef to serve as a Performance Chef for the Dodie Cafeteria, independently performing basic cooking duties in preparing food items to be served to student-athletes.
The successful candidate will guide and assist in the training of less experienced cooks when needed, taste products, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
