Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a part-time Culinary Aide / Wait Staff to support food service for residents and staff at our not-for-profit retirement community. You will assist in food prep, service, and maintaining sanitary conditions in a resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate friendly customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
• Must have good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and dietary teams to serve residents.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain a cheerful demeanor and provide excellent service at all times.
• Prepare and set up menu items according to standards.
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous, timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning, washing dishes, and maintaining sanitary kitchen areas.
• Support in kitchen duties and restock as needed.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
