Job summary

Otterbein is seeking a Culinary Aide / Wait Staff to support residents, guests, and employees with meals in a not-for-profit retirement community. The role covers food preparation and serving under sanitary conditions, with full-time and part-time weekend options.

Shifts run 6:30am–1:30pm, and benefits include medical, vision, dental, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. DailyPay access is available for earned wages.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years in food service within a Long-Term Care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must greet residents, partners, and guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain good attendance and take ownership of nursing neighborhoods.
• Coordinate with the nursing department to serve residents.
