Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Culinary Aide / Wait Staff to join our not-for-profit retirement community. You will assist in food preparation and serving to residents, guests, and staff under sanitary conditions, ensuring warm, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years in food service within a Long Term Care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must provide friendly customer service to residents, partners, and guests.
• Prepare and set up all menu items according to standards.
• Accurately service hot and cold food items, condiments, utensils onto trays.
• Restock cafeteria and other areas with food and supplies in a courteous, timely manner.
• Maintain kitchen facilities in a sanitary manner and assist in dishwashing and cleaning.
