American Senior Communities seeks a dedicated Culinary Aide to join Riverwalk Village in Noblesville, IN. You will assist with meal prep, serve residents, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining environment.

This role supports our mission to deliver safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals to residents each day. Candidates should enjoy working with seniors, be willing to perform routine tasks and collaborate with culinary leaders to meet dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team.
• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling Certification.
• Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparation and portions of meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Keep equipment clean and maintain a sanitary workplace.
