You will partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dietary needs and ensure a positive dining experience, assisting with portioning, tray setup, and service workflows. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling.
• Required: Commitment to customer service.
• Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside culinary team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparation and portioning of meal items according to menu and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a sanitary workplace.
