Job summary

American Senior Communities – Rosebud Village is hiring a Culinary Aide for full-time daytime shifts. You will support meal preparation, portioning and service for residents, while helping to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates show a commitment to customer service, are willing to perform routine tasks, and collaborate with culinary leaders and staff to provide high quality dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification.
• Preferred: prior restaurant server experience.
• Required: commitment to customer service.
• Required: willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and support a positive experience.
• Assist in meal prep and portions according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace and equipment.
