Job summary

Hawthorn Senior Living in Franklin, MA seeks a dedicated dishwasher to support our dining services. You will wash, store dishes, assist with meals, and help clear tables while following Hawthorn procedures.

This role is a universal employee and will be cross-trained in other positions as directed by the Community Executive Chef. The ideal candidate is at least 18, maintains cleanliness, understands sanitation, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintains food handlers permit as necessary to fulfill state or provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
• Prepare, wash, and store dishes following procedures.
• Assist in bussing, serving, and delivery of room trays if needed.
• Set tables in the dining room.
• Assist Chefs/Cooks in cleaning areas and floors; complete assigned duties.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation practices at all times.
