This universal role includes cross-training in other kitchen positions as directed by the Community Executive Chef. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, adherence to sanitation rules, and respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation.
• Maintains a food handler permit as required by state regulations.
• Meets health-related requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
• Prepare, wash, and store dishes following procedures.
• Assist in bussing, serving, and delivery of room trays if needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation practices and work as part of the kitchen team.
