Job summary

Heritage House, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking a Culinary Aide to support meal prep and dining services for residents. You will assist with portioning, tray setup, and ensure a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliable teamwork, and adherence to health standards, with opportunities to grow through mentorship and training within ASC.

Qualifications

• Requires commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders.
• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification (can be earned after hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal prep and portions according to menu and resident diet.
• Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
