Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is hiring a Full-time Day Shift Culinary Aide at Allisonville Meadows to support resident dining. You will assist with meal prep, portioning, tray setup and serving, while maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork with culinary leaders, adherence to dietary requirements, and delivering a positive dining experience for residents. Training may be provided, with opportunities for career growth within ASC.

Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service is required.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with the culinary team and leaders.
• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification (may be earned after hire).

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs.
• Assist in meal preparation and portions according to menu and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
