Job summary

The Beverly Hills Hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Culinary Administrative Assistant for The Supper Club (Temp) to support the new outlets during a landmark renovation. This on-call seasonal role requires proactivity, discretion, and a commitment to service excellence in a luxury setting.

You’ll handle administrative tasks, coordinate orders, maintain calendars, and assist with guest-centric operations to ensure flawless service and memorable experiences in a world-class hotel

Qualifications

• Should have at least 1 year of hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Our Culinary Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, creating Red Rock orders for all outlets, inputting requested orders, making copies, maintaining systems as assigned, retrieving information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed and maintaining the culinary calendar.
• They respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions, maintain and update, food items in Delphi, Chefs calendar, bulletin boards, BEO boards and log culinary purchases during their day.
• Sometimes our internal guests (cooks and staff) will have special requests involving submitting vacation forms and attendance notices to payroll, uploading schedules and emailing payroll manager for resolution in pay discrepancies.
