• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to meet NJ childcare licensing requirements including background checks.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable with a genuine love for working with infants.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Child Development or ECE a plus.
