Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of Reno is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors, veterans, and adults who want to stay safe and independent at home. Earn $19–$22 per hour with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified candidates may receive a higher rate with Nevada’s Medication Management Certification; training is provided, and both part-time and full-time roles are available. Join a team that values dependable, caring professionals in Reno, NV.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred, but training provided.
• Nevada Medication Management certificate preferred (annual training proof for higher rate).
• Dementia care training, CNA, CPR/First Aid, or hospice experience a big plus.
• Experience with veterans, mobility assistance, or safe transfers is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications (certified caregivers) or give medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and run errands.
• Watch for changes in a client’s condition and report them to our care team.

Do you have a heart for helping others? HomeWell Care Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors, veterans, and adults who want to stay safe and independent at home.

Earn more with your Med Management certificate! Coming from an assisted living or group home? If you’ve completed Nevada’s 16-hour Medication Management course and are current on your annual 8-hour refresher, you’ll earn our higher rate and help clients with their medications at home. Attach your certificates when you apply.

What you’ll do
