Job summary

A home care agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers to enhance seniors’ lives through personal, non-medical services. Responsibilities include companionship, light cooking, cleaning, and assistance with daily activities. Ideal candidates should have a CNA or HHA license or relevant caregiving experience, with strong communication skills and reliable transportation. Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time caregiving experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to seniors.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support ambulation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients for appointments.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver\'s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
