Job summary

This position requires extensive experience in program management, along with familiarity in autonomy and unmanned systems technologies. A Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of related experience is a must.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years with a Master's degree or 5 years with a PhD.
• Current TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CUAS projects from inception to execution.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and contract performance.
• Translate user needs into structured problem statements.
• Develop transition plans for successful prototypes.
