TalentRemedy seeks a CUAS Technical Specialist to support the TSA's Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems program at the Springfield, VA location. This hands-on role deploys, configures, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots CUAS equipment in a field environment.

You will ensure system readiness, coordinate repairs, and support data portals and interoperability across sensors and C2 systems, with potential for travel nationwide and security clearance as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three years of CUAS technical or operational experience.
Experience deploying, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CUAS systems.
U.S. citizenship and a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance, if required.

Responsabilités

Set up, configure, and operate fixed-site, mobile, and portable CUAS systems.
Operate CUAS detection and mitigation equipment under government direction or oversight.
Perform testing, calibration, and readiness verification before deployment.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CUAS hardware, software, firmware, networks, and communications.
Diagnose issues and coordinate repairs and vendor support.
Support CUAS data portals, TAK, and other approved tools.
Ensure interoperability among sensors, C2 systems, and external interfaces.
Monitor equipment status, connectivity, and performance.
Work with multiple CUAS platforms and vendor-neutral tech.
Prepare documentation on operations, maintenance, and incidents.
