Job summary

Apple Valley News Now and Phase 3 Digital are seeking a Media Sales Executive to drive digital advertising revenue across CTV/OTT, streaming, programmatic display, and social. You’ll craft data-driven campaigns and partner with local businesses to blend modern and legacy media for results.

Based in Yakima area, you’ll own the full sales cycle with uncapped commissions, monthly allowances, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in digital advertising sales, particularly CTV/OTT and streaming media.
• Deep understanding of digital metrics, targeting, attribution, and campaign strategy.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving media landscape.
• Familiarity with the Yakima/Tri-Cities market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with digital: build strategic, data-driven campaigns across CTV, OTT, streaming audio, programmatic, and social platforms.
• Identify new prospects and present forward-thinking marketing strategies tailored to their digital goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize client results.
• Maintain a working knowledge of linear TV offerings to supplement digital campaigns when appropriate.
• Stay current with trends in digital advertising and streaming technology.
• Consistently meet and exceed digital revenue goals.
