Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a proven technology executive to serve as Chief Technology Officer. You will modernize and secure the company’s technology foundation, build scalable data capabilities, and translate AI into practical business value across a growing, multi-region field services organization.

You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to drive a multi-year technology vision, balance strategic investments, and lead a hands-on, credible technology organization that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in technology leadership roles with enterprise system modernization.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years working directly with senior executives and/or a Board.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs and risk reporting.
• Experience evaluating and scaling AI and automation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Leads enterprise system modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Oversees M&A technology integration and data due diligence.
• Owns cybersecurity program end-to-end and board reporting.
• Leads AI strategy from pilots to enterprise deployment.
• Drives workforce transformation and change management across the organization.
• Partners with senior executives to enable growth and operating efficiency.
