The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of technical knowledge, enterprise IT leadership, business understanding, and people management skills. They should be comfortable working with senior executives while building an engaged, accountable, and high‑performing technology organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across enterprise technology functions, including application development, infrastructure and operations, asset management, and solution architecture.
  • Partner with the CIO and senior leadership to define and execute the enterprise technology strategy and long‑term technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate and improve the existing IT operating model, organizational structure, processes, and resource allocation to support business growth and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, process improvements, AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Improve the balance between day‑to‑day technology operations (Run) and strategic transformation and development initiatives (Change).
  • Establish meaningful performance metrics and KPIs that connect technology performance, delivery, and operational efficiency to business outcomes.
  • Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and mentorship to technology managers and engineering teams.
  • Build an environment that encourages accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Ensure technology teams are effectively executing their roadmaps, meeting commitments, and delivering quality solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership across application development, cloud infrastructure, networking, and enterprise architecture.
  • Lead application rationalization initiatives to identify duplicate capabilities, improve application performance, and support technology modernization.
  • Work closely with enterprise and solution architecture teams to strengthen architecture standards and improve alignment across technology functions.
  • Manage relationships with internal technology teams and external service providers, including both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Work closely with C‑suite executives and business stakeholders to ensure technology investments support organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve business capabilities, efficiency, and overall technology performance.
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, technology management, or enterprise technology leadership.
  • Significant experience in senior IT leadership roles, such as CTO, VP of Technology, VP of IT, Senior Director of IT, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing large, enterprise‑level technology organizations with multiple functional teams.
  • Strong background in enterprise IT operations, application development, infrastructure, and technology delivery.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, IT operating model improvements, and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency, resource utilization, and technology team performance.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including experience coaching managers, developing teams, and building an accountable work culture.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C‑suite executives and translate technology priorities into business outcomes.
  • Experience managing third‑party service providers and distributed onshore/offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, networking, and application environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead teams through organizational and technology changes.
  • A track record of career stability and long‑term leadership contributions.
Preferred Qualifications
