The CTO connects HQ leadership with Thompson Gray teams to align contracts, CORs, and program delivery, synthesizing data into clear, actionable guidance for high-visibility initiatives. The role demands deep technical acumen, exceptional information management, and the ability to brief senior leaders and coordinate a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in technical leadership, DoD or federal programs.
• Experience with contracts, CORs, and acquisition processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead as senior technical authority across G-TEAD portfolio.
• Provide guidance on contracts, deliverables, and performance data.
• Synthesize multi-source information for executive decisions.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for leadership.
• Coordinate with HQ, field locations, and Thompson Gray team.
