Job summary

Elbit-America, based in Texas, seeks a Director-level Chief of Staff to the CTO. The role blends technology, engineering, program execution, and business operations to enhance the CTO's capacity for strategic leadership.

The ideal candidate will translate complex technical and financial information into executive-ready materials, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and manage budgets and strategic initiatives through influence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, program management, finance, or related field.
• Significant experience supporting or working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational performance.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or complex technical environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with defense programs and executive-level presentations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic and operational advisor to the CTO.
• Prepare executive materials, briefing packs, talking points, and decision packages.
• Synthesize technical and financial information into concise recommendations.
• Coordinate major reviews with engineering, finance, operations, and other functions.
• Manage CTO office operating rhythm, budgets, forecasts, and capital investments.
• Develop executive-level presentations for senior leadership and customers.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to closure and track strategic initiatives.
• Support customer and supplier engagements with documented decisions and follow-ups.
