Job summary

PrimeStaff Management Services presents a climate-tech CTO opportunity in California to architect and lead industrial scale-up—from bench validation to rugged, continuous hardware at demonstration scale. • Lead design, engineering, and commissioning of a multi-tonne per day demonstration system at partner plants globally.
• Apply expertise in powder processing and bulk solids handling to process design.
• Drive process improvements, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with scale-up.
