Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business or Finance is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience at CEO/MD level.
• Proven Founder-Operator track record combining capital formation with technology deployment.

Responsibilities

• Personally originate, lead, negotiate, and raise capital for growth.
• Lead fundraising strategy for Series B and project-level financing.
• Structure and negotiate project-level capital stacks.
• Raise capital from sovereign wealth funds, DFIs, institutions, and venture capital.
• Secure offtake agreements for low-carbon environmental commodities.
• Oversee brownfield technology integration and deployment at partner plants.
• Manage interfaces with plant operations, EPCs, vendors, and engineers.
• Own project timelines, budgets, risk, safety, and operational readiness.
• Build and lead executive and operational teams; establish governance.
