Job summary

East 57th Street Partners is seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to design, stabilize, and scale the technology ecosystem across a multi-entity platform. You will lead M&A technology diligence, ERP implementations, cybersecurity, and data-driven operations while partnering with the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and PE sponsor.

The role requires an execution-oriented leader who can move quickly, manage vendor relationships, and drive technology readiness for audits and exit planning in a private

Qualifications

• Prior CTO or senior technology leader experience in PE-backed environments.
• Hands-on with ERP implementations and system integrations.
• Experience leading M&A technology diligence and integration.
• Strong cybersecurity controls and audit readiness knowledge.
• Ability to partner with Boards, CEOs, CFOs, and PE sponsors.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Austin area.

Responsibilities

• Define a technology roadmap aligned to value creation.
• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions and integration.
• Own ERP, data architecture, and core systems.
• Establish cybersecurity posture and IT controls.
• Build and lead an internal IT organization post-acquisitions.
• Drive adoption of new systems across acquired teams.
