Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Chief Digital and Technology Officer to own enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data and ecommerce, driving a practical modernization while preserving stability. The role connects technology, marketing and ecommerce into a unified customer and revenue engine with a leadership team of IT, Marketing, Sales Enablement/Ecommerce and ~10 more staff.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology leadership and strategy.
Proven experience modernizing ERP/CRM and core systems.
Strong cross‑functional leadership between technology, marketing and ecommerce.
Track record delivering secure, reliable and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

Create multiyear technology roadmap modernizing ERP, CRM and core systems.
Own cybersecurity, business continuity and technology risk management.
Manage vendors, MSPs and technology budgets with accountability for cost and delivery.
Unify architecture across website, ecommerce, ERP, CRM and marketing platforms.
Identify AI use cases to improve marketing, service, forecasting and productivity.
Set marketing strategy and measure performance in partnership with Marketing leadership.
Coach and develop leaders; enable ecommerce to align with sales goals.
