Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Technical Executive Communications Manager to craft and elevate narratives for our CTO and leadership across internal and external audiences. You will ghostwrite technical content, translate complex milestones into engaging storytelling, and drive product-focused communications in a PLG setting.

The role blends high-level strategy with hands-on writing, keynote support, and collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure authentic, authoritative

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technical executive communications or related roles.
• Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) technology company with SaaS metrics.
• Ability to translate dense product/technical concepts into accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Develop CTO narrative strategy and thought leadership content.
• Draft external content including keynote presentations, blogs, op-eds, podcasts, social posts and media briefs.
• Support CTO speaking engagements and media ops.
• Draft product news-based press releases in partnership with corporate communications.
• Develop internal communications to align engineering, product, and cross-functional teams around roadmaps and product vision.
• Collaborate with product marketing, communications, and engineering to translate product capabilities into customer storytelling.
• Support CXO leadership communications with select keynote decks and commentary.
• Work with VP of Communications to ensure alignment of executive narratives with strategy.
