Job summary

Cardone Training Technologies Inc. seeks a Chief Technology Officer to govern our tech stack end to end and drive it as a product for clients. You will own build-vs-buy decisions, lead a lean technology org, and partner with leadership to maximize revenue impact.

You will be hands-on with VMware, Active Directory, AWS, and Google Workspace, while aligning architecture with sales and product strategies to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware, Active Directory, MDM, AWS, Google Workspace, and Mac desktops.
• Experience in multi-facility client/server networks and cost-conscious tech leadership.
• Proven track record turning internal tech into revenue-generating products.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of tech stack governance and build/buy/kill decisions.
• Lead shift to a sellable technology stack for external clients.
• Apply AI to reduce costs and create revenue opportunities.
• Design architecture for a licensed technology platform.
• Operate as a revenue-focused partner to leadership.
