Job summary

3Point Consulting Group is seeking a Chief Technology Officer & AI Consultant to lead the technology vision and AI strategy for client engagements. This full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area will oversee software/product development, architecture decisions, and complex technology projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software and product development, delivering scalable, secure solutions.
• Expertise in IT strategy and architecture for enterprise systems and data-driven AI platforms.
• Proven project management skills leading cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.
• Senior technology leadership experience (CTO/Head of Engineering) in consulting, tech, or data-focused orgs.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics in business contexts.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate tech into business value.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent experience.
