Job summary

Prerender, part of saas.group, seeks a hands-on CTO to lead a small senior engineering team and drive a high-velocity, product-focused engineering organization. You will own the technology vision, strategy, budget, and technical direction, embedding AI-first practices while maintaining high standards of security and reliability.

You will partner with the CEO and Product to align capacity with customer needs, scale the render fleet, and improve DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership roles at a SaaS company.
• Proven track record transforming engineering organizations and delivering product-focused outcomes.
• Experience embedding AI tooling into engineering workflows and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Define technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prerender.
• Lead multi-region, Kubernetes-based render fleet and DevOps improvements.
• Represent technical capabilities to customers, partners, and the market.
• Oversee security, compliance program, and quality standards.
• Coach engineers and foster ownership, inclusion, and growth.
