Job summary

FalconSmartIT in Foster City, CA seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead CTMS integrations for a global Life Sciences client. The role requires independent leadership, planning, governance, and delivery of a comprehensive data strategy roadmap.

You will coordinate Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and BI teams, ensuring regulatory compliance (GxP), managing RAID logs, and reporting weekly to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading initiatives with RAID log maintenance.
• 3+ years leading complex data integration programs (e.g., CTMS integrations).
• 2+ years managing Data Lake Sprints with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methods.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare organizations.
• Solid knowledge of GxP regulations, validation processes, and regulated environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Strategy and Data Transformation initiatives, and manage Data Lake Sprints.
• Drive CTMS integrations with core ecosystems and ensure seamless data flows.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and maintain RAID logs for governance.
• Coordinate across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and BI teams.
• Lead requirements refinement, plan UAT, and work with Validation teams for compliance.
• Ensure activities align with Life Sciences regulatory frameworks and GxP standards.
• Deliver weekly health reports to leadership and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
