Job summary

Luna Community College is seeking a Director of Career and Technical Education/Workforce Development to lead the CTE and community education divisions. This senior role oversees academic programs, non-credit training, and related initiatives, ensuring alignment with community and industry needs while managing the division's operations and strategic direction.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree with 7+ years in CTE, workforce development, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Master's degree in Education, Business, Public Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads strategic planning for CTE, Workforce Development, and Community Education initiatives.
Oversees program management, curriculum development, and faculty qualifications.
Develops non-credit workforce programs and apprenticeships aligned with industry needs.
Directs technology and software implementations for program registration and outreach.
Supervises staff and faculty, and collaborates with other Directors and senior leadership.
