Job summary

Region Two School of Applied Technology in Houlton, Maine seeks an experienced Assistant Director to join our administrative team. You will collaborate with the Director to provide leadership in instruction, student services, staff supervision, and school operations.

You will assist with budgeting, curriculum development, school safety, professional development, and Maine CTE compliance while strengthening partnerships with business and community leaders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, CTE, or related field.
• Five or more years of teaching, educational leadership, or industry management experience.
• CTE experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Maine DOE regulations, Perkins V, and CTE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Region Two's instructional programs, supervise and support staff, promote student success, strengthen business and industry partnerships, support program development, and assist with the daily operation of the school.
