Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Division of Data Analysis, Assessment, and Contracts seeks a Perkins Coordinator and Technical Assistance Program Lead to guide schools and educators in improving CTE programs statewide. This role provides statewide leadership to strengthen secondary and postsecondary CTE programs.

The position supports administrators and educators by offering guidance, training, and policy interpretation with duties including CTE leadership, program review, policy guidance,

Qualifications

• One year as a Career and Technical Education Advisor 1 or equivalent title.
• Five years of professional CTE experience including two years developing curricula or programs.
• Equivalent combination of professional CTE experience and training with two years in curricula/program development.

Responsibilities

• CTE Leadership: guide schools and educators through visits, workshops, and professional development.
• Program Review: analyze CTE practices and recommend actions to improve quality.
• Policy Guidance: interpret Perkins requirements and provide clear recommendations.
• Training Support: coordinate and present workshops on Perkins regulations and procedures.
• Grant Monitoring: monitor Perkins funds to ensure proper use per legal requirements.
• Collaboration Efforts: ensure stakeholders and Workforce Development Board partnerships complete needs assessments.
