Job summary

South Texas College seeks a CTE Project Manager to lead the Perkins Basic Grant initiatives across campus. You will coordinate planning, implementation, and reporting while serving as the College's liaison with THECB and guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years in grant or project management, and experience with higher education grants. Strong data, budgeting, and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least three (3) years of grant, project, contract and/or project management experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in higher education, preferred.
• Experience working with a career and technical education grant, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PI/Project Lead for the Perkins Basic Grant, coordinating with THECB and college stakeholders.
• Develop, submit, manage, amend, and close out the annual Perkins Basic Grant application.
• Lead the CLNA process and facilitate data-informed priority setting and planning.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, performance measures, and compliance with Perkins requirements.
• Provide fiscal stewardship by monitoring budgets, expenditures, amendments, and procurement.
