Qualifications

• Proven ability to advise and mentor students toward academic and career goals.
• Knowledge of CTE programs, career pathways, and community partnerships.
• Ability to perform complex administrative analysis with supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Outreach, recruitment visits to high schools and partners, building relationships.
• Onboarding: manage caseload and support students through first-term enrollment and financial aid.
• Organize and present workshops on CTE pathways and applications sessions.
• Coordinate with Marketing to design recruitment materials and track initiatives.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
