Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Six years of related experience.
• Experience planning and coordinating events, workshops, or outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and track recruitment visits to high schools, community agencies, and workforce partners.
• Build relationships with K–12 staff, community partners, employers, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the college and CTE programs at educational and community events.
• Collaborate with campus and pathway teams on open houses, career fairs, and enrollment events to assist students with the application process.
• Manage caseload, track onboarding progress, provide advising from admission through first-term enrollment.
