• Develop and deliver CTE CNA/Medical Assistant curriculum aligned with state and district standards and Front Range Community College.
• Provide instruction in medical terminology, anatomy, clinical procedures, patient care, and administrative practices.
• Supervise and evaluate student performance in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Facilitate student preparation for industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Certified Medical Assistant).
• Collaborate with local healthcare organizations to arrange clinical externships and job shadowing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and certifications.
• Support students in career exploration, post‑secondary planning, and soft skills development.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with healthcare and educational trends.
