Job summary

Allendale is seeking a Job Coach to support students at work or educational training sites. The role involves orienting students, developing individual training plans, and training them with emphasis on safety and task analysis.

You will track progress with quarterly assessments and assist with payroll and coordination with the treatment team. You may transport students to various locations, maintain vehicles, and support classroom management as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Special Education or five years of experience.
• Must pass ETS Para Pro Assessment with 460+ or ACT Work Keys as specified.
• Proficiency in managing safety and behavior in classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Learn job site and perform task analysis for each student.
• Orient students to the job site and develop training plans.
• Train students using best practices and safety-focused methods.
• Track performance and complete quarterly assessments for client workers.
• Maintain communication with treatment team and host business.
• Transport students to and from job/educational sites and monitor vehicle safety.
