The primary purpose of your job position is to perform all patient exams with the highest degree of skill, fully utilizing all radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CAT scan equipment and protocol to consistently obtain images which demonstrate diagnostic levels of radiographic density, contrast, and resolution. You will respond to on-demand requests for service in a timely manner.
Does this position require Patient Care? Yes
Education: Radiology certificate/diploma required. Experience cannot substitute for a degree.
Licenses and Credentials: Registered Technologist [ARRT-R], Massachusetts State License.
Experience: 2-3 years, with a B.S. or equivalent, and completion of a radiologic technology program with clinical training in CAT scanning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Current unencumbered license in MA, ARRT registration, English proficiency, decision-making ability, tactful communication, leadership skills, organizational skills, patience, willingness to incorporate new methods, minimum age 23.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, foot use, vision, talking, hearing, with specified frequencies and weights.
