Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is looking for a skilled radiologic technologist in Oklahoma. Responsibilities include assisting Radiologists with procedures, maintaining workflow, and performing CT and X-ray exams. Candidates should have completed an accredited program and be certified by ARRT.

Education

Completion of an accredited two-year or four-year program in radiologic technology, accredited by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

Experience

One (1) year of experience as a registered radiologic technologist preferred. Additional one (1) year of CT experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology registered or registry eligible. Advanced registry in CT required within 18 months of orientation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re‑training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current BLS is required to be maintained through re‑training for duration of employment.
  • IV certification required before or during new hire orientation.
