Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to assist Radiologists with interventional procedures, perform CT exams and X-ray exams, and ensure smooth patient workflow.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited program in radiologic technology and ideally possess one year of relevant experience. Licensure as American Registry of Radiologist Technology registered or eligible is required, along with BLS training.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited two-year or four-year program in radiologic technology.
• One year of experience as a registered radiologic technologist preferred.
• Advanced registry in CT required within 18 months of orientation.

Qualifications

Education

• Completion of an accredited two‑year or four‑year program in radiologic technology, accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)

Experience

• One (1) year of experience as a registered radiologic technologist preferred. Additional one (1) year of CT experience preferred

Licensure/Certification

• American Registry of Radiologist Technology registered or registry eligible. Advanced registry in CT required within 18 months of orientation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re‑training required during orientation prior to providing patient care and must be maintained through re‑training for duration of employment.
• IV certification required before or during new hire orientation.
