Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent and completion of a training program in imaging technology from an accredited school.
• Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT).
• Must become certified in CPR within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray and CT procedures as prescribed by a physician.
• Instruct patients regarding proper physiological requirements for procedures.
• Actively participate in quality assurance monitoring and recording efforts.
