Job summary

Experience in radiology, proficiency with PACS, and knowledge of Cerner/Epic EMR are valued. The role emphasizes ALARA principles and excellent patient communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years radiology experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations with high image quality following orders and protocols.
• Review patient history to confirm exam appropriateness and contraindications.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast safely and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Position patients to optimize image quality while maintaining ALARA.
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure proper imaging and patient care continuity.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and perform routine equipment QC checks.
