Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT exams, review orders, prepare patients, and ensure safety while adhering to ALARA and dose optimization.

This role requires two years of CT experience, graduation from AMA-approved Radiology Technology Program, and MA radiography/CT licenses, plus ARRT CT registration and BLS. The position supports Lung Screening program and collaborates with radiologists and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of CT experience.
• Graduate of AMA-approved Radiology Technology Program.
• Massachusetts license, Radiography and CT.
• ARRT CT registration and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs all functions of the CT Technologist.
• Rotates through daily workflow and schedules.
• Reviews orders and labs prior to scanning.
• Maintains ALARA and dose optimization.
• Assists radiologist during procedures as required.
• Documents contrast allergies and extravasations.
