Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a Non-Certified CT Technologist in a training role within the CT department. You will work under the supervision of a licensed CT Technologist and support the Radiologist in diagnostic procedures while preparing quality images for PACS.

This position requires ARRT RT/CT eligibility within 6 months, anatomy knowledge, state license, BCLS, and strong computer skills; 1 year radiology experience preferred; compensation includes benefits, and scheduling

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology state license is required.
• Current ARRT- RT Certification is required upon hire.
• ARRT- CT Certification obtained within 6 months of hire is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality CT images under supervision.
• Assist Radiologist and support diagnostic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
• Complete required competencies and ARRT CT exam within 6 months.
