Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Non-Certified CT Technologist in New Jersey for a training position in the CT department. Work under supervision of a licensed CT Technologist to gain ARRT-CT certification.

This role supports radiology operations, prepares imaging, and ensures images are transmitted to PACS. The program aims to obtain ARRT-CT within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology state license is required.
• Current ARRT- RT Certification is required upon hire.
• ARRT- CT Certification obtained within 6 months of hire is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality CT images under supervision.
• Assist Radiologist in diagnostic procedures.
• Transmit and archive images to PACS.
• Complete ARRT CT competencies and sit for certification within 6 months of hire.
