Job summary

Essenti Talent in Miles City, MT is seeking a CT Technologist to join a community hospital. You will operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images that aid radiologists in diagnosing a wide range of conditions.

Qualifications

• CRT in the state and ARRT registration is required.
• Mammography certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of prior CT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologists.
• Assist physicians and radiologists during examinations and administer contrast as needed.
• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and position patients for exams.
• Maintain radiation safety and proper equipment operation.
• Stock and organize rooms, manage supplies, and document examinations for PACS.
• Participate in quality control and QA activities.
• Assist supervising radiologist with administrative tasks and safety procedures.
